When writing about a problem, it helps enormously to include your device model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
It saves automatically, on your device. You can close the app mid-run and pick up exactly where you left off.
No, and we're sorry — this one is genuinely not recoverable. All progress is stored only on your device. There is no account and no cloud backup, so once the app is deleted the data is gone for good. That applies to purchased Stardust too.
First, force-quit the app and reopen it. Interrupted purchases are re-delivered on the next launch, and the game is careful never to credit the same purchase twice. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll help. Refunds themselves are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Cosmo Crush needs no account, collects nothing about you directly, and stores all of your progress on your own device. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which receives device and advertising information.
